After logging into your account (as per usual), please look to the top right part of your dashboard for this menu and select the admin option (located at the bottom of the list):
To switch back to your learner profile, look to the top right of your admin dashboard:
PLEASE NOTE: The admin account we provide cannot add or remove learners from the system. The admin function is meant to act as a supervisor on the account.
The admin account allows access to the following:
Management Reports
Learner Activity: This report allows you to see how many modules a learner is enrolled in.
Learner Progress: This report allows you to see how far into a module a learner is.
Certificates: This report allows you to see which certificates a learner has earned.
User Transcripts: This report allows you to pull the transcript for the individual learner.
